Marisa Lau is an associate at Erudite Law LLP practicing primarily in the areas of corporate and commercial law while also practicing real estate and wills and estates.

She has extensive experience in advising clients, whether corporations or individuals, on succession planning, structuring and restructuring their corporation/partnership structures, their transactions, drafting, negotiating and reviewing their legal documents and advising them on legal compliance issues.

During her downtime, Marisa enjoys playing board games, the arts and exploring the trails in the city.

She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
