Alvin Leung is the principal lawyer at Erudite Law, and former managing partner of Erudite Law LLP.

He practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation, corporate law, and tax. Alvin has worked with individuals from all walks of life, entrepreneurs, start-ups, and established businesses to help manage a variety of legal issues. While mainly practicing in the areas of employment law, corporate commercial litigation, corporate mergers and acquisition, Alvin also regularly represents clients in tax objections and appeals in the Tax Court of Canada, Wills and Estate, real estate transactions, preparation and review of contracts and agreements, and Landlord and Tenant Board matters.

Outside of his legal practice, Alvin holds community workshops for the public on various legal issues, business structures, and tax advice.

In his spare time, Alvin loves to shop, experience different cuisines with his wife, volunteer at a number of community charities and is an avid Dragonboat racer.
